  4. Exchanges:

Digital Products:

Refunds for digital products (video lessons, workouts, downloads) are only possible if there are technical issues that have not been resolved within a reasonable time. If you experience problems with a file or access, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns on products that have been used or damaged.
  • We do not accept returns after the return window has passed (14 days from the date of delivery).
  • Products that have been opened and used, such as digital goods (video lessons, workouts), are non-returnable unless there is a technical malfunction.
